Permanent account deletion

Important Notice

At Uenzo, you have full control over your data. If you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated information, you can submit a deletion request to our support team.

How to Request Deletion

Please send an email to saipavanammula@uenzo.comwith the subject line "Delete My Account"

Processing Time

Once we receive your request, our team will verify your identity and process the deletion within 7 business days.

What Will Be Deleted

Personal details (name, phone number, email, and business information)
All customer, service, and invoice records linked to your account
Analytics, reports, and historical app data

Before You Proceed

Please ensure you have downloaded any reports or invoices you may need in the future.
Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered under any circumstances.

⚠️ Important: This Action is Permanent

Account deletion is permanent and includes all business, employee, and analytics data stored in Uenzo. This action cannot be undone.
