• Uenzo provides tools to help repair shops manage customers, work orders, and billing.
• You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• You must not misuse the Service, upload malicious files, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to Uenzo's systems or data.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities that occur under your account.

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and features in Uenzo are the exclusive property of Uenzo Technologies and are protected by Indian copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app without prior written consent.

Certain Uenzo features may require paid subscriptions or in-app purchases. All payments are processed securely through authorized gateways. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or specified in promotional offers.

Uenzo is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties about uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or suitability for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Uenzo Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Uenzo at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in misuse of the platform. Upon termination, your right to use the app will immediately cease.

Uenzo Technologies may update these Terms periodically. The latest version will always be available within the app and on our website. Continued use of the Service after any changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
